028 lazy curry ribs

this is my forth of july recipe, what you need

1. crock pot
2. baby back ribs
3. curry in liquid form (thats all set and ready to go as a sauce)
4. veggies

step 01 : cut the veggies up and put them at the bottom of the crock pot. i usually use onions and potatoes, pretty much anything that you want will work as long as you can slice and dice it. carrots peppers whatever your fancy.

step 02: put int he ribs and pour over the curry making sure it covers the ribs, and then let it cook on low for six hours. thats it.

step 03: after six hours grab a big spoon and fish the ribs out onto a nice plate. top the ribs with some of the sauce from the crock pot and the rest you can toss. this all really depends on how much sauce you like. thats it. impress the ladies or ladies make your man happy.

as for the curry, i go to trader joes and pick up a can of green curry sauce, if i'm not near one, most Asian stores have instant curry, just buy a package and ask them how to make it. it usually involves adding watter and letting it sit for a while. and if they're around, ask the family cook to make you a small batch of red curry, thats all you'll need. my grams makes the best red curry, i think it's just curry past, water and coconut milk. good luck with it all.
