Thread: i was too late for you.

I run into the room
to find you laying on the bed
but they were taking the I.V.'s out and pulling the plugs
I didn't my chance to say good-bye and I love you
I start to scream and run down the hall to the stairs
and begin to run down the stairs
until i collapse and start crying hysterically
but this isn't where i want to cry
i want to cry in your arms
your dead though
so now i cant
and i wont ever be able to again
he was drunk
driving on the wrong side of the road
hit you head on
nothing you could do
nowhere to swerve
you were trapped
and barely alive when they pulled you out
nothing left of your car
man you loved that car
now its all smashed to pieces
rushed to the hospital
dead 15 minutes after arrival
rushed into the room
to find you there...
dead...
I was too late...
i'm sorry...

don't drink and drive, you will seriously hurt urself
or someone else.. or even kill someone.
