I'm a naturally energy efficient person (or lazy as Eggie would put it), I hate eating anything that takes lots of work for very little reward. There's just not enough meat on crawfishes, same with them damn crabs (except for the king crabs, but even then, the cracking and peeling is way too much work). I guess what's fun for some is work for others.... Go figure!

AWWHH!!! YESSS!!! I LOVE CRAWFISH. I'm pretty good at making it myself. but me and my family add a little more of some asian ingredients to make it even better. like lemon leaf and lemon grass to cut out all the fishy smell. or in khmer cut out the chaab.

Cooking is trial and error. I didn't know how to cook either when I was single. After you get married, you either learn or eat out all the time...which is expensive and i get sick of eating out too.

I don't measure when I cook, I just taste as I go.

I do that too. I add cut up limes, khalfir lime leaves, and sometime oranges.
