Crawfish

Who like crawfish? My crawfish boil is hands down according to my friends who would fly in once a year to have their crawfish fix.

yeah...I guess. all those picking/peeling. my husband eats them at every chance he have. with the exception of shrimp, I'm not too much into seafood.

I see all them dishes you posted ....looks so yummy. gotta go to tx someday so you can teach me how to cook.

Absolutely love crawfish. Its best when its freshly cooked with the lemon, oranges, onions, and corns in it. Season with Old Bay seafood seasonings. MmMm makes me want some, sucks that my husband and I can't have it this year maybe next year.
