As far as I experience with this kind of food, there are two kind of egg fried rice.
First: put the egg in the cup and mix it with Skor, Teuk Si Iv, Bi Cheng. The raison why we do not use OrmBeul is that OrmBeul take long time to sove in the egg solution that is why Teuk Si Iv will be used in stead. Fry the egg solution as thin as you can (about 3mm)
then after the egg is cooked, cutt it into piece depend on your stile (just example 5x5mm or 5x20mm...) then fry the rice. As other fry food, we first put the oil into Ktas, let it be hot before put the Kteum ChagnChram. let Kteum becom alittle red (Pong KaLat), put the rice, pieces of egg, and mix it with Teuk Si Iv to get the red color. When the rice and egg is mix up equally, and the rice is dry from Teuk Si Iv, put in Sleuk Kteum (cut it about 5mm long) then mix it and take it out. Do not keep the rice long time on the fire after put in Sleuk Kteum.
Second: mix the egg with rice, Teuk Si Iv, Skor and then keep it first. Boil the oil and Kteum Chagn Chram as mentioned earlier, then when the color become alittle red, put the rice+egg in. In this case, don't mix it so offen as we want the egg to be not only sticky with rice but also have some piece of egg. In short Kom Hoy Pong Bek Vol, Hoy Nov Mirn Kheugn Pong Klas Nov DomDom. Sorry na, I cannot descript it all in english.
Similarely, if you like Sleuk Kteum, just put it in and mix it quickly then turn off the fire.
With the second method, the rice is alittle soft and decorate by the egg.
For the tast, it depend on the consumer. But for a reference, Bay 1 Chan, Pong Tir 2 Kroib, Sleuk Kteum 1 Kum, Kteum Sor 4 Dom Toch Toch (not 4 Meum), Skor 2 Slab Pir KaPhe, Teuk Si Iv 1.5 Slab Pri Bay.
Note that the amount of Skor and Teuk Si Iv depend on the product as well, so please consider this factor as well. As for example, Skor Orm Pov is not so sweet as Skor Sor (in Japan). Orm Beul in Japan is Bray Chirng Orm Beul in Cambodia. Teuk Si Iv in Japan is not sweet as in Cambodian. Teuk Si Iv Thai Bray Chirng Teuk Si Iv Khmer...
Hope you will enjoye your food.
Take care with love.

Thank you DeathStone, I am 100% Khmer because I was born in Battambang province, Cambodia. My parents also 100% Khmer, however, my grand parents are chinese. Anyways, I am Cambodian, live or die, I am still Cambodian. I will do everything for our lovely country. But if some day I have to choose to support between china and other foreign country, I will choose china. That are the word from my heart.
Take care with love.

Oh! I forget to tell you that if you want to cook Fried Rice, there are many way to do, but if you specify Egg Fried Rice, it should be just as I mentioned in my previous message.
Normally, we can put other vegetables such as SornDek BayTorng, KaRot, SpayKdob, SpeyBokKo, Kgney, KteumBaRang, ... and other things as we think it can go together with Fried Rice. As I mentioned before, the test depend on the people, country, region, season ...
