    We eat this really often. It's easy to make and very yummieeeeeeee

    I prefer it with lots of satch koo. I don't like the tomatoes and onions haha

    i luv watercrests better than salad now.
    my sis mades it last week and it was quite good. she did not slice the beef, instead she cubed them up. she also made a sauce (lime juice, blck peppers, garlics) to go with..
    anyway, i thanks u all for having to post this...

    oh so that is what you call that dish. lol, I've ate it before when my mom cook it and have cooked it 1 or twice but nv knew what the dish is called lol. we always topped ours w/ fried eggs. i guess there is many variation and ways to do it and as long as it taste good it is alright...ahehe!

    when my dad make it he always put some typ of flowr on it. i think its corn starch. not sure its to make th beef look thicker. i hope u guys understand what im trying to say..

    Maybe for the sauce to be thicker! I love to cooked Loc Lauk, one of my favorite food.

    when i was in cambodia visiting, my cousin order this at a restaurant and they served it with a fried egg on top and french fries on the side..they said it was something brought over by the french. which really surprised me. but it was delicious otherwise hehe..
    i can pretend that what was said was never said

    or i can pretend that it was like a breeze brushing against my skin and leaving scars but i'll just forget where and how i got them
