    I don't need tester for this one. It has already been approved and confirmed. Ask your wife to make you some following this recipe. It's simple and easy. She might not like killing and cutting the crabs coz i don't.

    Alex, I've been to your town before and the seafood is not cheap. We have cheaper seafood than you and Boston folks. I use blue crabs which are plenty here. It ranges from $.99-1.29/lbs. Blue crabs are better to cha than dungenous crabs.

    i love cha kdam but i get tooo scared to even touch a live crab but yet im around it almost everyday

    dats it!! its ma favorite food.ma parents know it.lol.ma mom cooks nd its d best for me.hehe.she fried it wid pepper.but i dun like dat green vegetable (i mean Ji in khmer) so she no addin.lol. (mom if u see diz i love u) but well, hope to try ur kdam cha someday bong jenjira
