Ingredients:
FOR THE ROLLS
Shrimp
Side pork (pork belly)
Rice vermicelli Noodles
Rice PaperSheets
Bean sprouts
Bassil leaves ( mint leaves, or more)
Head lettuce
FOR THE DIPPING SAUCE
Hoisin Sauce
Peanut Butter
Roast peanut
Water
Instructions:
First of all, Soak noodles in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes, or until soft
Then Boil the shrimp until just pink (Peel the skin and halve lengthwise)
Also cook the side pork ( then slice it )
Step 1: The shrimp and pork are ready
Step 2: Wet Rice Paper
Step 3: Add Lettuce, bean sprouts and Rice Vermicelli Noodles
Step 4:Put pork in

Step 5: Then roll it (half way)
Step 6: Add shrimp on and chive
Step 7: Finally ROLL IT UP
