lol i didn't read all of your post alex but i can say yes it really is the one of the best ways to be in shape. i took a few kickboxing lessons a ways back and it really was the best shape i was and have ever been. another thing to keep in mind is just sports man. play some soccer or basketball once a week and before you know it you'll be in great shape.

you know, i would want to do that since i'm skinny, well not skinny that kinda of way...but a bit fat on the tummy part because i can't take it out. i want to stay healthy ya know and fitting too...
