lol..personal choice really...
C is most powerful...but u have to do everything yourself.pain in the butt sometimes........

java is still too slow in my opinion...

my favourite is Delphi

If you are interesting in designing web page, learn Oracle Application Express. It's free. Go To [MEMBERS ONLY - REGISTER NOW...]. With this tool, you can design relational database and create a web base application at the same time.
Example --> [MEMBERS ONLY - REGISTER NOW...]
