Synopsis:

MBC's romantic drama starring the spunky Han Chae Young (Sassy Girl, Chun-Hyang) and heartthrob Kang Ji Hwan (Be Strong, Geum Soon). Fireworks (not to be confused with the 2000 drama Firework starring Cha In Pyo) presents a humorous and touching story about modern urban love. When age and social expectations begin to catch up, one woman is determined to find romance and happiness on her own terms, and the process is both amusing and inspiring. The drama also features Park Eun Hye (Dae Jang Geum), Yoon Sang Hyun (Marry A Millionaire), and Kim So Yeon (All About Eve).

Headstrong and resourceful, Shin Na Ra (Han Chae Young) once dreamed of becoming a career woman, but she spent the best years of her life supporting her boyfriend Seung Woo (Yoon Sang Hyun). Now he is a successful accountant and she is unemployed and already in her late 20s. Na Ra hopes to marry Seung Woo, but he unexpectedly breaks up with her for another woman, Mi Rae (Park Eun Hye). Na Ra decides to go confront Mi Rae, who is a cosmetics manager, but ends up taking a job at the store instead by pretending to be a recent high school graduate. Just her luck, Na Ra's co-worker In Jae (Kang Ji Hwan) turns out to also be in love with Mi Rae, and the two constantly clash at work. But amidst all the arguing, a new romance is beginning...

As for this one, there are many cute scenes between the two main lead roles : Kang Ji Hwan & Han Chae Young.

Like any other dramas out there, it shares the draggy & laggy period LOL

Differs from Crazy For You, this offers a comic relief as well as sadness especially portrayed through HCY's character.

Watched this subbed a few months ago. Does have it ups and down. At the end I did feel it was draggy. This drama made me hate the other actress for what she did. Evil b***ch. But thanks Egg I think the people will like this one still.

I bought this series a yr ago it’s good I like the beginning, the most cuz it’s really funny between the two main lead, when she drops her engagement ring into n try to get it back, that’s the funny part I like, but toward the middle I don’t really like it…hate the evil girl n her plan.

LOL...when I watched it with my sister, we really despise Park Eun Hye for making Kang Ji Hwan live through all those guilty years.

Yeah, this came out last year, but I never paid any attention to it until my sister started watching it. It caught my attention and really enjoyed the two lead characters together.

LOL...so, there are still hope for you older ladies who wants a guy who is a few years younger. As they say, age is just a number

Hahaha the ring in the glass...ohh, I also like how he got jealous of her and with the younger guy and not realize he's falling for her.

Egg! Where did you get the song for the preview, it actually sounds pretty good for a korean song sung in khmer. It came from KISS and was one of the songs from Stairway to Heaven OST. Sad sand song, have you seen the korean music video for the song?

Really, you like that song in the preview? I prefer the others in the drama...thought it sound a bit funny in some parts [preview song].

Speaking of that, I caught two dramas having the same cambodian OST...geez, they act like there isnt any other songs left.

I dont know where to find the Cambodian songs for this other than the ones that plays during the drama.

I'm actually looking for the ones in Crazy For You...I love both, the female & male songs for that.
