I use No. 1 DVD Ripper for all my Xvid AVI videos on Veoh or Megaupload. Also, make sure your video and audio codecs are up to date. As for Magic DVD Ripper, never had any problems with out of sync video and audio. You can update your codecs here : www.free-codecs.com

Sometimes, I have my bad days too where everything just lag. So, I just cancel or stop it and wait, then check again later on. Most of the time, I dont have any problems with the uploading speed on Veoh. On laggy days, may take 30-45 for 600-700 MB
